TV Mounting Technician

Responsibilities:

Professionally install and mount TVs of various sizes on different wall types
Manage cable concealment and organization
Set up and connect audio equipment and streaming devices
Provide excellent customer service and technical guidance
Maintain a clean work area and respect customers’ homes

Requirements:

Previous experience in TV mounting or related technical field preferred
Knowledge of basic construction and ability to locate wall studs
Understanding of electronics and connection types
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong communication skills and professional appearance
Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and website
Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians
Provide information about services and pricing
Process payments and maintain customer records
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of home entertainment systems
Proficiency with scheduling software and office applications
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional phone manner and writing skills
